Your data: export, deletion and retention

What you can export, what deleting removes, and what expires by itself.

• Export: an admin can download the whole workspace (companies, people, conversations, requests and the quotes behind them) from Settings, and import it again.
• Delete a person: removes their quotes, conversations, transcripts, recordings, survey answers and chat files.
• Delete a recording or a conversation: removes its content.
• Expires by itself: questions and answers after 180 days, per-call AI cost records after 400, admin notices after 30, dismissed suggestions after 90.
• Never kept in logs: message content, email addresses and tokens.
