Calls, highlights and findings

Recordings, transcripts, the tag codebook, quotes and shareable findings.

• Recordings: upload a call. Large files upload in pieces and resume after a break. The transcript has speakers and timing and a player; clicking a quote jumps to the moment.
• Highlights: select text to highlight it and attach tags. Suggested highlights appear from your codebook; accept or dismiss them.
• Codebook: define tags with a meaning and a colour. Merge two tags (with an exact undo), archive or restore.
• Quotes: every stored quote as a table or board, with tags over time and feeling labels set by a model or a person.
• Findings: a document made of quote cards that always show the stored words. Publishing asks you to confirm you have read the quotes; share by a link you can revoke.
